Dornbracht has announced that Natalia Castellucci de Kolb has joined its management team, and will form a new “dual leadership” structure with Caroline Schmitt.

Castellucci de Kolb has more than 25 years of experience in financial management, corporate governance, and organisational design. Dornbracht says her prior career experience spans a range of industries, from global corporations to medium-sized companies.

Schmitt has been CEO of the company since July 2024. Former Dornbracht managing director Christian Ennenbach reportedly left the role in August 2025, with German trade press Mobelmarkt previously reporting that Schmitt had assumed his responsibilities following the departure.

Under Dornbracht’s new dual leadership structure, Caroline Schmitt will continue to be responsible for the company’s brand and market development. Meanwhile, Natalia Castellucci de Kolb will be responsible for structural, financial, and organisational alignment. Working in tandem, both will be responsible for the long-term corporate management of Dornbracht.

The announcement of the new leadership structure follows a period of increased “operational resilience” for the company, during which it says it has enhanced its central functions – such as finance, HR and operations – in order to align the company “in a stable, future-oriented, and brand-strong manner in a challenging environment”.

“With the expansion of the management team, we are specifically strengthening our operational and financial control capabilities,” commented Caroline Schmitt. “Natalia Castellucci de Kolb complements the existing lineup with her extensive experience in structure, transparency, and performance, thereby increasing our organisational clarity and efficiency.”

Meanwhile, Natalia Castellucci de Kolb said: “Dornbracht combines an exceptional brand with a high level of manufacturing expertise and international standards. I look forward to working with Caroline Schmitt to shape the next phase of the company’s development, both strategically and structurally.”
