Buying group MHK UK has announced which of its lucky retail members have been awarded a Golden Triangle trophy for their kitchen designs and showrooms this year.

Presented each year at the group’s annual general meeting in Berlin, the group’s Golden Triangle Awards celebrates both showroom designs and kitchen projects that have truly stand out amongst the group’s members across the last 12 months.

According to MHK UK, this year’s winning projects all impressed the jury with their clarity of design, intelligent use of materials and strong sense of individuality.

2026’s Golden Triangle for kitchen design under £50,000 was taken home by The Kitchen Consultancy in London, which submitted a contemporary Ballerina design in Elegant Grey and Magic Grey, complemented by NEFF appliances, a Luxair ceiling hood and a 20mm Calacatta quartz worktop.

This year’s kitchen design over £50,000 award went to NK Interiors in Glasgow, for a Rotpunkt kitchen in Pastel Bardolia, paired with a Dekton Nebu worksurface and featuring Asko appliances.

Finally, this year’s Best Showroom award was given to Audus Kitchens in Windlesham. Discussing the space, this year’s panel said: “This showroom doesn’t feel like a typical retail space; instead, it showcases a forward-thinking approach to demonstrating what can be achieved in your own home. Each room is presented in a way that reflects how a kitchen would naturally appear in a real living environment, making it easy to imagine the designs as part of everyday life. Overall, this showroom is a strong example of modern interior design, elegant, practical, and welcoming.”

Celebrating this year’s entries, MHK UK’s sales director David Morris said: “Each winner shows not only exceptional craft and creativity, but also the drive and individuality that make our retailers stand out. We’re proud to highlight their work here at the AGM in Berlin.”

In related news, also at last week’s MHK AGM, Group CEO Volker Klodwig reported that the buying group had increased its total gross turnover by 5.1% in the last year, and that it had also increased its total number of retail members by 72 year-on-year.
