KBB business software TruBlue has appointed Nicole Whitmore to be its new customer success guru, a role where she will work to maximise client experience for those using the platform.
Working closely with TruBlue’s support, sales and onboarding teams, Whitmore’s role will have a strong focus on customer relationships and long-term success.
Predominantly, her role will involve helping users streamline processes, maximise efficiency, and “fully embrace everything TruBlue has to offer”.
The company says that her passion for delivering positive customer experiences makes her the perfect fit for the TruBlue team, who say they are excited to have her on board as the business continues to expand.
