Bathstore joins the British Quality Foundation

Bathroom retailer Bathstore has become a member of the British Quality Foundation (BQF), the UK’s largest corporate membership organisation for performance improvement.

Bathstore joins a network of more than 500 companies, which facilitates a growing discussion between industries. It allows businesses to share best practices and help to improve performance and achieve sustainable excellence.

“BQF’s pursuit of excellence is something to which all businesses should be aspiring,” said Bathstore chief executive Gary Favell (pictured). “Through its sharing platform, BQF is uniquely positioned to help some of the UK’s most prominent businesses in this endeavour. I greatly look forward to contributing to this process and BQF’s considerable, continued success.”

Russell Longmuir, BQF director general, added: “At a time when volatile trading conditions are impacting training budgets, companies are recalibrating the way that they train staff, then recognise and accredit their achievements. It is therefore highly encouraging to see that our mix of top class education, collaborative learning opportunities and accreditation is creating such value for members.”
