Carron Bathrooms and Eastbrook Company terminate partnership

After 20 years of trading, Carron Bathrooms and Eastbrook Company have decided to terminate their partnership on good terms.

The companies decided to end the agreement after a shared strategic review. However, it will be business as usual, and they will continue to work together until Eastbrook’s current catalogue expires on February 28 2022.

James McMorrine, managing director of Carron Bathrooms, said in its statement: “To be clear, this decision comes as the result of a shared strategic review into our partnership, and we part company on good terms.

“The priority of both companies in the disengagement process is to ensure that our loyal customers have continuity of supply throughout the remainder of 2021. Carron will ensure that Eastbrook continues to access the products required to fulfil demand.”

Carron Bathrooms will continue to work with long-term partners Q4 Bathrooms. Before the announcement, Q4 Bathrooms worked with Carron Bathrooms to increase its inventory and distribution capacity.

On December 1, Carron Bathrooms will ‘announce an exciting new route to market’ that the company says will help enhance its service offering.
