Kitchen recycling specialist The Used Kitchen Company (TUKC) has won two prestigious business awards.
The first award was presented to TUKC founder and chief executive Looeeze Grossman by Women Leaders magazine and recognised her as one of the Top 20 Outstanding Women CEOs of 2022.
The award highlighted her contribution as CEO in championing and achieving change within her industry and demonstrating exemplary leadership skills.
Commenting on the accolade, Grossman, who founded TUKC 17 years ago, said: “I am so thrilled to have been recognised along with so many impressive businesswomen for this year’s award. 2023 looks to be an exciting year for us as we continue to partner both manufacturers and showrooms throughout the KBB sector and together promote sustainability within our industry.”
The second award was from the SME UK Enterprise Awards and recognised TUKC as Best Online Second-Hand Kitchen Marketplace 2022. This award is said to be given to companies for ingenuity and hard work that distinguishes them from their competitors.
Of this award, Grossman said: “I am thrilled to see that team TUKC have again been recognised for all their hard work, excellent customer service and successful sales. We love what we do and even better when we get recognition for it. 2022 has been one of challenges but even greater successes. We look forward to exciting times in 2023.”
