MHK has opened its AGM to non-members

MHK has opened its AGM to non-members as the buying group says it has received considerable interest from those wishing to join the buying group or thinking of doing so.

The event will be held on November 11 at the British Motor Museum in Warwick. Adrian Webster, the best-selling author of ‘TNT’s (Tiny Noticeable Things), will be speaking at the end of the conference.

David Morris, MHK UK’s national sales manager, said: “We believe that the UK management team being present to answer all their questions, combined with the chance to hear unbiased – third party opinion from existing retail trade partners, regarding the many benefits of membership, is seen as too good an opportunity to miss.”

The day will have a relaxed feel with structured sessions. Start-ups and established kitchen showrooms and retailers are already set to come as well as the non-members looking for more information about joining.

Morris continued: “Over recent months, much has been written about the many benefits of becoming a retail partner. Not just about our ever-expanding product portfolio and instant credit terms but also our unique marketing support tools and loyalty bonus structure, facilitated through our incentivised – supply partners.

“Savvy retailers, whether they’re new to the trade or long established, understand that the ability to maintain excellent cash-flow and to attract qualified sales leads is of equal importance as product flexibility and supply; knowledge is spreading fast that with MHK-UK they can achieve all of this and much more besides.”

The MHK UK management will be present at the event, including Morris and Paul Wheeler, national sales director, and Marcel Crezee, managing director. MHK Group’s CEO- Werner Heilos, and board member Dr Olaf Hoppelshauser from Germany, will also be there.
