Winners of Compusoft’s spring design competition revealed

Compusoft has unveiled the best bathroom and kitchen spaces in its latest design competition for its customers.

The spring contest was open to designers using Compusoft’s Winner or Innoplus software. Rather than an overall theme, each category was given its own brief.

Designers were asked to enter kitchens that had been created especially for keen cooks and bathrooms that had been designed for relaxing in.

Entries were submitted via Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn and the judging panel was made up of Taylist Media managing editor Andrew Davies, Compusoft managing director Alex Ainge, Kitchens Bedrooms & Bathrooms editor Lindsay Blair, and kbbreview editor Rebecca Nottingham.

The winning kitchen for keen cooks design came from Anna Ozga Designs.

“Although this is a design competition, this category is about much more than aesthetics,” said kbbreview editor, Rebecca Nottingham. “It goes without saying that any keen cook is going to want a smart, stylish kitchen but – more than that – what they need is a functional space. There were some fantastic entries but this one really captures the essence of the brief. Not only does the space work aesthetically it features the practical elements every budding Masterchef needs – right where they need it. Well done.”

And the best relaxing bathroom project came from Dutch designer, Danny Rozema.

“There were some wonderful bathroom designs to choose from but this one really stood out as a space perfect for a spot of relaxation,” said Nottingham. “Not only does the colour palette create a tranquil space, the layout and choice of products really come together to bring the atmosphere of calmness and serenity we were looking for in this category. Great work, congratulations.”

You can view all the entries on Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn by using #csdesigncomp and both winners will receive a hamper of tasty treats.
