Rak Ceramics has established a new contracts team within its expanding projects department.
Pictured left to right, the team of six includes Paul Midgley, Jess Paddock, Scott Adams, Ben Bryden, David Ralph-Bates and Mark Chatfield.
The team will work with the company’s growing project portfolio, and tile and sanitaryware specification, in new commercial markets. Adams and Paddock will both take on project coordinator roles. Paddock is currently studying the PRINCE2 foundation course and will help spread the new project dynamics across RAK Europe.
Midgley, who has been with the company for nine years, and worked in the manufacturing trade for over 25 years, will be assisting with all technical aspects of projects. Bryden, with 19 years’ expereince in the project and sepcification sector, will take up a strategic leadership role.
The national projects manager position goes to Ralph-Bates, who previously worked as regional sales manager at Nicholls & Clarke. Chatfield joins Rak from Capitol Tile Group and CTD Ltd and will be a project manager within the team, having worked within the tile and sanitaryware sector for 12 years.
