New national sales manager for Pronorm

German kitchen manufacturer Pronorm has promoted Richard Turner to be its new UK national sales manager.

He replaces Jason Grinton who retired at the end of May after 32 years with the brand  and held overall responsibility for growing the company’s dealer network and reputation in the market.

Turner has worked for Pronorm for 14 years as area sales manager for Central England, covering Worcester to the M62 corridor. He will retain responsibility for his territory, while also taking on overall responsibility for sales in the UK and Ireland.

“It’s a privilege and a challenge to be taking on this national sales role at this time. Jason has been a fantastic mentor and colleague and I intend to carry on his successful stewardship of the brand,” Turner said.

“Pronorm is fully committed to the UK market, we have been here for over 30 years and we have solid foundations from which to support our UK dealers. I am looking forward to working with the UK sales team and our retail partners as we navigate a path through the current challenges.”

New starter Chris Cuthill will take over as area sales manager for Scotland, Northern England and Ireland – the region Jason Grinton covered – and will work alongside Turner and Jonathan Coulbeck, ASM for London and the South as well as Don Ward who is responsible for nationwide retail training

Cuthill has 15 years kitchen sector experience through roles at Homestyle Kitchens and Bedrooms Ltd, Everest Home Improvements, Stone and Wolfe and most recently, Keller Kitchens.
