Alison Mackie has been appointed as channel manager, kitchen retail trade (KRT), at Novy UK.
As well as focusing on the south Midlands and South-East regions, Mackie will be overseeing Novy’s network of Premium Innovation Partners in the UK and Ireland.
Mackie has experience in the kitchen appliance industry, as she was formerly head of sales for the kitchen retail trade at Miele. She worked for the company for 10 years and started with the company as manager of the London Experience Centre. Her career in the kbb sector started as a home economist and worked for Hotpoint as a regional trainer. She then moved into a sales role, managing a field-based team for Cadburys.
Novy said that she has a genuine understanding of the importance of product demonstration and training.
