Omega appoints new area sales manager and expands marketing team

Omega has appointed Sara Farina as area sales manager for the Midlands and Bryony Fairclough as marketing coordinator.

Farina will be work with mainly house builder and developer customers in her new role with the British kitchen manufacturer.

Her past experience is ideal for this role as she has spent over seventeen years of specification sales experience working with housebuilders, private developers and main contractors at Roca. She was with Roca since 2005 and her most recent position was residential specification manager.

John Cahill, contract sales director of Omega, said: “We are delighted to welcome Sara to the Omega team. Sara’s skills and knowledge of the housebuilder developer market make her an exciting addition to the contract sales team, as we continue to grow.”

Fairclough joins the marketing team with four years of experience in B2C and B2B marketing experience. She will be working with head of marketing, Steve Hazlehurst, who started in the company earlier this year and have a multichannel approach to the role.

Her responsibilities will include working across Omega’s social media and digital channels including the website.

Speaking on her appointment, Hazlehurst said: “This is a very exciting time for Bryony to be joining Omega PLC, we are thrilled to welcome her to the team. Her skills within the industry will help us grow Omega’s presence to our retailers and customer base.”
