Roca Group has expanded its sales team by appointing Allyson Doak to be its new business development manager for Scotland.
Doak has spent much of her career in a variety of roles at Crosswater – with three of those years spent as business manager for Scotland. She also worked as business development manager at Bathstore for more than six years.
According to the company, in her new role, Doak will work to support customers in the region, while also aiming to increase market share in the region for the Group’s brands. She will also work with the company’s distribution partners to maximise new and existing sales opportunities.
Glenn Campbell, Roca Group’s regional manager for Ireland & Scotland commented: “Allyson has huge experience both in the industry and in the Scottish region and her knowledge and extensive contacts book will be invaluable as we look to grow Roca Group’s presence here. On behalf of our team and customers, I’m excited to welcome Allyson – we are all really looking forward to working with her.”
Allyson Doak added: “I’m really looking forward to creating beautiful displays in collaboration with our customers, as well as working again with some familiar faces and making new connections. And even though I’ve only just joined the company, everyone has been so welcoming and I feel at home already – truly part of the Roca Group family!
“Our aim for Scotland is to grow our brands, taking market share of display space and increasing overall sales turnover. Having said that, I’m aware it’s a tough marketplace. But LAUFEN and Roca’s high-quality and innovative products have an excellent reputation and are very well respected in our industry, so this makes our task that little bit easier.”
