Vincent Rotger has joined Haier Europe as general manager for northern and eastern Europe. This appointment follows Rotger’s 19-year service at Whirlpool, during which he worked mainly as business unit director for Whirlpool France.
At Haier, Rotger will be responsible for P&L management of four Haier Europe subsidiaries – UK and Ireland, German, Benelux and the Polish markets – as well as business development in other eastern European countries. Yannick Fierling, chief executive of Haier Europe, said: “Vincent has a proven track record in business growth and we are convinced he is the right person to strengthen our European organisation.”
