Whirlpool | Hugo Silva

Whirlpool UK Appliances, the parent company to KitchenAid, Whirlpool, Hotpoint and Indesit, has appointed Hugo Silva as marketing director for the UK and Ireland.

Silva jointed Whirlpool in 1998 and he has progressed though the company to hold a number of jobs including: senior product manager, national key account manager and marketing manager. His most recent role was country manager for Portugal for the last 11 years.

Silva said: “I am delighted to be joining the UK team and it is a great opportunity to share my experience.”
