Masterclass Kitchens hold customer forums

Furniture specialist Masterclass Kitchens has hosted a series of customer forums at its Wales headquarters, enabling independent retailers to meet the team, tour the factory and explore its product range.

Over the course of five weeks, new customers were invited to spend a day in Cardiff in order to “get a real feel” for the business and “build a healthy relationship with the Masterclass team.”

As well as a full factory tour – designed to give customers an understanding of the brand’s manufacturing process – new retailers could also explore the products to gain an understanding of the Masterclass range.

“New customer forums are all about introducing customers to our brand and our product,” said commercial sales director Steve Tough. “Followed by an evening meal, some fun with the team and an overnight stay in Cardiff, the forums are a great introduction to the Masterclass brand and our journey to create credible and recognisable consumer brand awareness.”

Forums were also held for existing Masterclass customers, to ensure they were among the first to see new products.
