Fisher & Paykel has launched a new UK website.
The company says traffic to its website has increased by 36% on this time last year and the new site joins the US, Canada and Australia with a new look and feel, new experience and, the company says, the ability to build a much better experience for its UK retailers and consumers.
This follows on from the last three years where Fisher & Paykel has invested heavily in both shows and the in-store experience to, it says, “enable consumers to discover the brand live and to connect with it on a tactile and emotional level.”
Andy Wight, digital marketing and e-commerce for Fisher & Paykel, said: “This is a huge milestone for the UK and signifies our digital transformation. The new website is the beginning of bringing together all of our digital components onto one platform, giving us the ability to accelerate our digital and direct plans at greater speeds and with much more flexibility and control.”
Fisher & Paykel has partnered with Salesforce Commerce Cloud – an e-commerce solution – which will enable the brand to connect with its customer database and allow for improved marketing and communications.
Based in New Zealand, Fisher & Paykel was founded in 1934 and now operates in 30 countries with over 4,000 employees and manufacturing in Italy, Thailand and Mexico. It has been part of the wider Haier Group since 2012.
