kbb Birmingham Bathroom Retailer Top Four: Justine Bullock

Justine Bullock, co-owner of The Tap End in Pontyclun Wales, shares her favourite things from this year’s kbb show in Birmingham

We were thrilled to see that Sofia and the team at Origins Living won an award for best bathroom stand (above) under 30sq m – well deserved as it was a fab stand that really showcased their products well.

Another stand we loved was Ca’ Pietra (above), which is no surprise as their branding and efforts are always on point – their muted pastel tones in their latest additions to the range were our fave tiles of the show by a mile.

Best customer service from a brand we experienced was from Carron baths (above). They really went over and above to explain their brand and ranges to us, and were actually (believe it or not) one of only a handful of brands to scan our passes and take our details.

There were great quality bathroom goods, of course, at Laufen (above). We loved their dark and moody stand, which was separate from the main show in a suite, which made it more private and easier to converse with the staff, etc. Top marks to them as always for their hospitality and the simplicity of their displays. The quality of their goods speaks for itself.
