Wren moves into fitted bedrooms

Kitchen retail chain Wren has branched out into fitted bedrooms in response to the growth in demand in that market.

According to Statista, the bedroom furniture market is worth some £3.5 billion and is expected to grow annually by 3.6% between now and 2027.

Said Joanne Dodsworth, head of bedrooms at Wren: “We’re thrilled to announce the new launch of our fitted bedroom range. The fitted bedroom market has seen continual growth in recent years and has inspired us to offer more quality Wren products throughout our customers’ homes.”

She added: “Wren has always aimed to help its customers achieve the home design of their dreams, and our new bedroom ranges have been styled with the same careful attention as our kitchens.”

As with its kitchen products, the bedrooms will be manufactured by Wren in the UK and the offering will initially comprise single and double fitted wardrobes, chests and bedside units.

The first offering will be the Infinity range with 80+ units and 800+ combinations in five colours with a 10-year guarantee. Infinity Plus ups that to 20,000+ combinations in 50+ colours and a 15-year guarantee.

The service will include design and installation and customers will be able to use VR headsets to walk around their chosen bedroom design and interact with wardrobes and open and close drawers and storage units. Wren is also offering finance options.

The furniture is made-to-order in a variety of styles. Wren will also provide home measurement appointments to ensure the installation requirements of customers’ new bedrooms.
