National retail giant Wren Kitchens has just opened its 110th showroom in the UK.
The landmark showroom opened its doors to customers in Crossley Retail Park, in Kidderminster.
Wren says that the showroom covers almost 15,000 sq ft, and contains 48 full-sized kitchen displays, 22 bedroom displays, and display areas for sinks, taps, and doors. Customers will also be able to make use of 16 VR-enabled design suites.
Harbinder Atwal, the showroom’s general manager, said: “I am so excited to open our new store in Kidderminster, and our 15 designers and our new 70 kitchen and bedroom displays are ready to make your dream kitchen and bedroom come to fruition.”
Mayor of Kiddiminster, Darren Chambers also commented: “I am delighted to be officially opening this amazing showroom to our community. It is wonderful to see such a well-known business such as Wren Kitchens having the confidence to come and invest in our town.
“This will continue to bring even more people into our busy retail park and create greater job opportunities for the people living in our area. I wish all the staff working for Wren and particularly those at this Kidderminster branch all the very best for the future and look forward to a long and successful relationship with our town.”
To celebrate the launch, Wren Kitchens also plans to donate £500 to Reach Out Wyre Forest, a charity which supports young people who are suffering from emotional issues.
Earlier this year, Wren announced it had made the decision to also move into fitted bedrooms, in response to the growth in demand in that market.
