Kitchen doors and accessories supplier Uform has launched a new customer website, designed to highlight its product portfolio.
The website is said to have been developed with Uform’s trade customers in mind, including suppliers, independent retailers and the house-building contracts sector.
As well as its trade offering, Uform has also incorporated a section of the website aimed at consumer homeowners.
Other new additions include a search tool for quickly looking for products and services, an up-to-date lead time tracker for Uform’s door ranges, and a support section for help answering frequently asked questions.
Uform has also developed a new ‘people’ section, which features a careers section alongside employee testimonials. Uform says that this section of the website was created specifically to help the brand realise its vision of becoming an employer of choice.
Ursula O’Dowd, Uform’s group marketing manager, says that the company is “delighted” with the new website, adding: “the company has grown significantly in recent years in terms of diversification into different segments of the KBB industry, as has our product categories.
“We recognised the need to revamp our digital presence to aptly showcase the customer types we cater for and to help illustrate just how versatile our products are in terms of providing solutions for all areas within the home. We have ambitious growth plans, and the new website will be a key driver in terms of helping to support new account acquisition whilst also helping to organically grow and serve our existing customer base.”
Uform made news earlier this year for its decision to expand into the bedroom market, which it described as its “largest launch to date”.
