BSH, Haier and Whirlpool were among the 112 organisations in the UK named as top employers.
Every year, the certification from the Top Employers Institute is awarded to companies following an HR Best Practices Survey, covering 20 topics across the business and employees lifecycle. These include people, strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, well-being and diversity, equity and inclusion. It evaluated employers across 121 countries and among 2024’s top employers are 112 organisations from the UK.
BSH was among the UK companies awarded Top Employer status. It was the ninth consecutive year that it has received the accolade.
Commenting on BSH’s achievement, Gunjan Srivastava, chief executive of BSH Home Appliances UK and Ireland, said: “BSH’s continued recognition as a Top Employer highlights our unwavering commitment to our employees and our professional development. By consistently prioritising the well-being and growth of our workforce, BSH sets a high standard for the industry and solidifies its position as a leader in the market. I’m delighted that we’ve been named a Top Employer for 2024.”

We again sit among a select number of certified companies as one of the UK’s top employers. We are committed to continuing to raise our HR standards to enable us to attract and retain top talent that will shape the future of our organisation and our brands, whilst creating great solutions for our consumers and partners.”
