The Used Kitchen Company (TUKC) has announced the rollout of its Seal the Deal programme, a “game-changing” service designed to accelerate the selling process of ex-display kitchens.
Designed to accelerate the selling process of ex-display kitchens and provide a speedier, TUKC says the new service will create a more efficient experience for both buyers and sellers, and provide extra confidence to complete transactions smoothly.
In addition to the company’s standard offering, Seal the Deal will offering retail partners exclusive new benefits. These include priority listings, with Seal the Deal kitchens appearing in a dedicated section of the company’s website, newsletter and social media channels.
In addition, participating retailers will also enjoy fast-track support from TUKC, and can take advantage of a buyer commitment deposit, ensuring serious offers from buyers.
TUKC says it was motivated to roll out the new system as showrooms are currently navigating a challenging market, and it believes that securing a buyer quickly can make all of the difference.
