Appliance brand Middleby Residential has announced a major shake-up to its UK sales team, as it looks to deliver “a simpler customer journey for 2025 and beyond”.
Previously head of rangemaster sales in the UK, Lee Harris has become Middleby’s head of retail channel. Bringing with him two decades of experience, he will be looking to drive growth for national and independent kitchen retailers across Rangemaster’s appliances, sinks and taps portfolio.
Similarly, former rangemaster national sales manager for sinks and taps, Tom O’Sullivan, will step into the role of head of trade channel. He will now take responsibility for appliances, sinks and taps across the group’s trade customers, including builders’ merchants, contract distributors and buying groups.
Seza Weston has also been appointed as head of luxury channel for the south, where she’ll have responsibility across southern England and Wales. Her counterpart, Dipak Parmar, is the head of luxury channel for the north, covering the Midlands, north Wales, north England and Scotland.
Finally, Sam Rogers is Middleby’s new head of export, including the Aga and Rangemaster brands, to drive growth in the wider international markets. Rogers joins Middleby from V-Zug, where he was previously the company’s retail sales director.
James Cunningham, group sales director of Middleby Residential UK said the restructure “simplifies how we serve our customers and positions every channel for the next phase of growth”. He continued: “Lee, Tom, Seza, Dipak and Sam bring a powerful blend of channel knowledge and brand insight. Together they will create fresh value for our trade, retail, luxury and export partners.”
In related news, Middleby announced last year that former CDA managing director Dominic Worsley was joining the company as its new UK group MD. This also followed the opening of the new flagship Aga showroom in Oundle, Peterborough, which also serves as a co-branding space for six of its appliance brands.
