Two new leadership appointments for Uform

Uform has announced two new leadership appointments, with Lex Lambrou joining as commercial marketing director, and Sharon Logue being promoted to group HR director.

Lambrou has more than 20 years of experience in building brands across Europe, with the company saying he has a proven track record in multi-channel marketing, channel strategy, campaign execution, digital optimisation, e-commerce and brand management. He joins the business having previously held senior roles at companies across the sports and premium alcohol industries.

Meanwhile, Logue’s promotion to group HR director comes after Uform’s employee numbers have grown from 120 to 420 people since she started in 2017, which the company called “a testament to Sharon’s strategic leadership and the people-first culture she has helped cultivate”.

According to the company, under her guidance Uform has introduced a range of new employee initiatives, including health cash plans, long service awards and an employee engagement app.

“We’re delighted to welcome Lex Lambrou to the Uform team and to celebrate Sharon Logue’s exceptional contribution through her promotion to Group HR Director,” commented Uform CEO Simon Oliphant.

“Lex brings a wealth of strategic experience that will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our trade and consumer brands as well as our market presence. Sharon’s HR leadership has shaped our culture, strengthened our people strategy, and helped position Uform as an Employer of Choice.

“These appointments reflect our ongoing commitment to investing in exceptional talent and building a leadership team that drives innovation, performance, and long-term success.”
