Frontline launches live stock check portal

Frontline Bathrooms has rolled out a new online portal, giving retailers the ability to check stock levels across its full product portfolio before placing an order.

The company says the new tool removes uncertainty from the ordering process, giving users real-time stock updates. Frontline says this should help customers make faster decisions, provide accurate lead times to consumers, and help avoid costly delays.

Frontline also says this new launch is a part of its wider investment programme, which is focused on customer service and support for its nationwide network of professional partners.

“Customer service has always been at the heart of what we do, and this new portal is the latest step in making sure our retailers and merchants have everything they need to succeed,” explained Frontline Bathrooms managing director, Darren Allison.

He continued: “By giving our partners access to live stock levels across our entire range, we are helping them specify with confidence, manage projects more smoothly and give their own customers a better experience.

In related news, earlier this year both Frontline and its sister business, Smiths Briten, announced a six-figure investment into a new Enterprise Resource Planning Software system, which was designed to streamline business operations and make deliveries to retailers more efficient.
