New in Showrooms: January 2026

In our monthly feature, we shine a spotlight on a handful of the latest bricks-and-mortar KBB showrooms to have opened their doors…

Harvey Jones | Edinburgh

Harvey Jones has opened the doors to its newly refurbished Edinburgh showroom. Located on Castle Street in Edinburgh’s New Town, the refreshed design and larger footprint features 11 full-sized kitchen and lifestyle displays across two floors, including the brand’s Shaker, Arbor, Original, Linear and the new Slim Shaker range.

The remodel also introduces the largest-ever Harvey Jones utility room and the brand’s first fully kitted-out wet room and bathroom display, showcasing the brand’s move beyond the kitchen arena.

The studio also features five new bespoke paint colours created exclusively for the relaunch, including Thistle, Honey, and Airforce, alongside special design details like the ‘Hidden Sink’ and ‘Illuminated Stone’.

Ripples | Banstead

Ripples has continued its national growth with the opening of a brand-new showroom in Banstead in Surrey, bringing the brand’s total to 24 showrooms across the UK.

Now open at 38 High Street, the inspirational studio showcases a selection of premium bathroom products from leading European brands – including freestanding baths, basins, statement mirrors and brassware.

The Banstead showroom is led by franchisee Natalie Parker, who brings with her a wealth of design knowledge and an eye for detail.

Schmidt | Winchester and Altrincham

Schmidt is continuing expansion in the UK with the opening of new showrooms in Winchester and Altrincham.

The new branches – strategically located in thriving town centres – showcase the full Schmidt portfolio of bespoke kitchens, fitted wardrobes, interior furniture, and living space solutions.

Looking ahead, Schmidt plans further showroom openings across the UK over the next 18 – 24 months, targeting key regional markets.

Tom Howley | Chelsea

Bespoke kitchen company Tom Howley has completely redesigned its Chelsea showroom on Fulham Road, giving the space a fresh update more than a decade after it first opened its doors.

The newly renovated showroom features three full-sized kitchen displays, as well as a walk-in pantry, utility space, media room with a home bar, and even a small cloakroom. The newly renovated Chelsea showroom also sees the debut of Tom Howley’s Malone kitchen, which introduces a contemporary look to the company’s portfolio.

Shown in this showroom for the first time, the dark avocado Malone kitchen features clean lines, refined detailing and sleek edge-pull handles, all of which are said to serve as a modern interpretation of the company’s signature style.

Hendel & Hendel | Shoreditch

British cabinet-hardware makers, Hendel & Hendel, has opened The Experience StudioinLondon’s Shoreditch. Set within a former art gallery, the Studio is designed as a working space for interior designers and retailers, where collections can be handled, tested and specified at project scale.

A central feature of the space is its Materials Lab, created in collaboration with key interiors brands including Little Greene, Ca’ Pietra, de Le Cuona and Brockway Carpets.

Here, visitors can pair Hendel & Hendel’s finishes with paints, tiles, textiles and floor coverings, in a bid to encourage designers to consider hardware at the start of a project timeline, rather as an afterthought.
