Meet our finalists: Bathroom Showroom of the Year 2026

The kbbreview Retail & Design Awards are the biggest awards in the kitchen and bathroom independent retail industry. Here, we take a look at the finalists for the Bathroom Showroom of the Year 2026.

Bathroom Showroom of the Year 2026

Sponsored by VitrA.

This award is solely about showroom design. Putting your showroom forward for an award is always a brave thing to do as it pits your skills against your fellow retailers and lets a judging panel decide who has hit the mark more than another.

Because of this, we take the entry and judging process really seriously and we believe it’s unique to this industry and is designed to make sure that those who win have truly earned their trophy.

The winners will be announced at the gala black tie event on Monday, March 2 at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.

The Bath Works, Poole

The Bath Works Poole showroom, part of TBW (est. 2017), launched its 1,250 sq ft space in 2025 on the first floor of Gasbits Ltd in Poole.

The showroom includes 13 full displays, a dedicated tile room, radiator wall, tap wall, and presentation area featuring virtual reality design tools. The space highlights premium and showroom-exclusive brands such as Novellini, Hansgrohe, Duravit, Adamsez, and Merlyn. The customer journey is carefully curated: clients begin in a tile and mood-boarding area before exploring two main display rooms, including a wellness suite designed to relax the senses through style, scent, sound, and function.

Displays are fully operational, allowing clients to experience steam, hydrotherapy, chromotherapy, and other features firsthand. Private presentation areas and VR tools enable clients to visualise and finalise bespoke designs with confidence.

Carvers Interiors, Wolverhampton

Carvers Interiors is the bathroom division of Carvers Building Supplies, a fifth-generation family business established in 1896. The Wolverhampton showroom, launched in March 2025, spans 200 ft² and features 16 carefully curated displays, ranging from luxurious spa-style layouts to practical, budget-conscious solutions. Brands include Infinita, Artelina, Victoria & Albert, Utopia, Hansgrohe, and tiles from Craven Dunnill.

The showroom experience is fully immersive, using lighting, scent, music, and tactile displays to engage customers. A working Hansgrohe shower pod allows clients to test seven different shower options, while CAD and 3D visualisation tools help turn concepts into reality.

The customer journey is designed to inspire, educate, and make complex design decisions intuitive, guiding clients from initial ideas to fully realised bathroom solutions.

Walton Bathrooms, Walton-on-Thames

Located at The Hersham Centre, Walton Bathrooms’ 4,200 sq ft showroom spans three floors and features more than 30 fully dressed displays, including baths, showers, furniture, brassware, tiles, and lighting. The showroom showcases luxury European brands, including Villeroy & Boch, Dornbracht, Axor, Keuco, and Bette.

The customer journey is carefully curated: clients move through immersive, themed bathroom displays, from contemporary to classic styles, experiencing finishes, textures, and functional layouts firsthand. Consultation areas allow for bespoke 3D design proposals, mood boards, and expert guidance.

Recent updates include refurbished displays, expanded tile and surface libraries, upgraded consultation spaces, and a focus on sustainability and water-efficient technologies.

Wilson Bathroom Company, Glasgow

Located in Giffnock, Glasgow, Wilson Bathroom Company’s 135 m² two-level showroom features 18 bespoke display bays across two floors. Each bay showcases luxury brands including Artelinea, Gessi, Hansgrohe, Porcelanosa, Vitra, and Ashton & Bentley, alongside innovative wellness solutions like infrared showers, live steam rooms, and the Sunshower system.

The showroom delivers a multi-sensory customer journey: ambient lighting, aromatherapy, and tactile materials immerse clients in the design experience. Consultation areas guide customers through bespoke concepts, balancing style, functionality, and comfort.

Over the past year, the showroom has been enhanced with wellness features and refined layouts to create a richer, more luxurious experience. Plans for the next 12 months include improving flow, expanding wellness displays, and integrating new technologies to elevate the customer journey.
