Leeds-based supplier Harrison Bathrooms has reported revenue growth of 10% in 2025, and says it is expanding into new product categories to help ensure its financial momentum continues.
The company ended the 2025 financial year with revenue of almost £55m, with growth of £5m seen across the year. As a result, Harrison Bathrooms has predicted similar momentum for 2026, and has set a goal of achieving £75m in turnover by 2028.
This follows the news that September 2025 was the company’s best sales month in the business’ history, which saw £5m worth of turnover generated in the 30-day period alone.
As part of its long-term strategy, Harrison Bathrooms is also expanding into the panel radiator market, and is predicting the category could generate between £10m and £15m in incremental revenue.
Initially launching with Type 21 and Type 22 models in white enamel, Harrison Bathrooms says the new range has been carefully selected to include popular sizes, which should ensure a clear offer for customers. In addition, the new radiators will come with upgraded packaging to provide greater protection during delivery, and the launch is being supported by an exclusive pre-order pricing initiative.
“My approach has always been straightforward, to create real margin and profit opportunities for our customers. When they win, they stay with us and grow with us, fuelling the organic growth Harrison Bathrooms has enjoyed since day one,” commented company owner James Harrison.
“Despite challenging market conditions, many retail partners, particularly those aligned with the Scudo brand, continue to perform strongly. We attribute this to our focus on delivering the right products, sharp pricing and reliable availability, all designed to support customers in growing their own businesses.”
Shaun Corcoran, commercial director at Harrison Bathrooms, also added: “The panel radiator launch is about removing friction for our customers. Too often, they are forced to choose between buying at higher prices due to low volumes or overcommitting to stock to secure better rates.
“Our model strikes the right balance, giving customers the flexibility to manage stock effectively, maintain strong margins and operate with confidence. Combined with the quality of the product, this creates a clear commercial advantage in a competitive market.”
Harrison Bathrooms also said that the panel radiator rollout is just the first of several planned product launches for 2026, with further categories and range expansions scheduled to be unveiled in the company’s Edition 22 brochure this August.
