Roca Group has welcomed three new business development managers to its UK & Ireland team.
Andreea Simion has now been appointed to cover merchants in the South East, Carly Bowman will cover merchants in the South East and South Central areas, and Shelley Conacher has become the company’s retail and merchant business development manager for Scotland.
Roca Group says that all three will work to develop and strengthen customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, support customers with product and brand knowledge and development, plus drive sales across their specific regions.
“It’s fantastic to be part of such a respected manufacturer and I’m looking forward to working with showrooms and merchants across Scotland to bring the Roca and Laufen brands to life,” said Conacher. “Before this, I was at Scope Bathrooms, working with designers, architects and developers on specification projects. This allowed me to develop strong relationships across the industry, which will stand me good stead for this new role.”
Carly Bowman was also previously in the bathroom industry as an area sales manager at Aqualisa. Bowman added: “I’m excited to begin this new chapter and work alongside such a talented team. Starting a new role is always an opportunity to learn and grow. I look forward to building on Roca’s already strong foundations, developing new opportunities, and making a meaningful contribution to our future success.”
Meanwhile, Andreea Simion has built an established career in the merchant sector, working for both Wolseley and opening a showroom for Grant & Stone. “Most recently, I was out on the road for Qualitex Bathrooms and now, for Roca, I’m looking after all the national groups,” Andreea explains.
