Cyncly appoints new chief customer officer

Software company Cyncly has welcomed Steve Warfield as its new chief customer officer, where he will have direct responsibility for the end-to-end customer experience, spanning onboarding, enablement and customer support.

Warfield has more than 20 years of customer operations leadership experience, with Cyncly saying he has a proven track record of scaling global teams, improving customer experience, and maintaining customer loyalty. Most recently, he served as vice president of customer service and technical support at software company Zendesk.

In his new role at Cyncly, Warfield will focus on delivering a consistent and connected experience across the company’s entire software portfolio.

“Cyncly has an incredible breadth of products, deep industry expertise, and strong customer relationships across markets,” said Steve Warfield. “There is a clear opportunity here to bring all our capabilities together for an experience that is personal, proactive, and remarkably simple. The goal is to help customers find the right solution the first time, gain value from their technology faster, and reach the expertise they need without friction.

“Ultimately, I believe our customer organisation can become a true competitive differentiator for Cyncly by combining the intimacy and partnership of a smaller business with the capabilities, technology, and scale of a global market leader.”

Anand Krishnan, Cycnly’s chief executive officer, added: “Our customers choose Cyncly because our specialised software helps them run more efficient, profitable businesses. The experience and support we provide are a vital part of that equation. Steve has spent his career building and transforming world-class customer organizations. He brings deep operational expertise, a clear-eyed focus on customer health, and a genuine drive to help the businesses we serve achieve real, measurable outcomes. We are happy to welcome him to Cyncly.”
