Aqualisa launches new ‘customer-first’ website

Aqualisa’s new website is said to be “a complete rethink of [its] customers’ digital experience”

After being in development for more than a year, Aqualisa has now launched its new website, designed to “deliver a seamless, modern, and customer-first digital experience”.

Said to mark a significant milestone in the bathroom company’s digital transformation journey, Aqualisa says the new website introduces a host of new features aimed at improving performance, usability, and e-commerce functionality.

Customers can now use the website to purchase smart, mixer and electric shower products online, and use the website’s 3D and augmented reality viewer to visualise products in an existing bathroom.

Aqualisa says the website also has streamlined checkout and navigation systems, allowing users to discover products by type, range or colour.

Other tools include a new showroom locator, a login hub, and an interactive demonstration of the Aqualisa app. The website is also said to have faster load times, optimised imagery, smooth page transitions, and has been optimised for use on all digital devices.

“Our sleek, clean and simple new website is based on a complete rethink of our customers’ digital experience,” commented Alan Margerison, Aqualisa’s head of digital marketing.

“We’ve built a platform that not only reflects the quality and innovation of our products, but also makes it easier for customers to find, configure, and buy the perfect shower. This is just the beginning – we have a clear roadmap of exciting future enhancements already in motion.”

James Smith, VP of category management at Aqualisa also added: “This new website is a fantastic step forward for the Aqualisa brand. It brings our product offering to life in a way that’s intuitive, inspiring, and aligned with the expectations of today’s digital-first customer. We’re excited to see how this platform will support our continued growth and innovation.”
