Germany-based manufacturer Rotpunkt is celebrating achieving “record” sales in 2025, seeing a healthy 6.25% increase in year-on-year turnover.

According to the German company, its turnover hit a new record of €103.7m across its furniture and fittings for the kitchen, utility room/laundry, dressing room, and bathroom last year. Reportedly, the biggest driver to the company’s growth has been its move into rooms outside of just the kitchen space, such as its recent launch into the bathroom market.

Looking at specific regions where Rotpunkt operates, it saw positive growth in Germany as well as significant gains in the Netherlands. There was also slight growth in the UK, with France enjoying a noticeable rise in order intake. Rotpunkt’s results in the Scandinavian market were also up, with primary markets including Denmark and Norway, and Denmark holding the majority share. The company’s export quota also remains stable at 80%.

Rotpunkt says it has also increased its business operations in the Middle East in the last year, and says the region “is becoming an increasingly important source of revenue with further projects are in the pipeline”.

Sven Herden, managing director of sales & marketing at Rotpunkt commented: “Despite business in 2025 being a year marked by consumer restraint, weak levels of new construction, and international tensions, we’re pleased to report a rise in sales growth for Rotpunkt Küchen, as our manufacturing facilities in Bünde/Westphalia increased its revenue by 6.25%. Driven by a further rise in the average value per kitchen order, we can also report a growth of 2.3% in volume for 2025, which has helped to fuel expansion into new markets.”

Looking ahead to the rest of 2026, Rotpunkt has projected that it will achieve more than €110m across its core markets. Discussing the company’s projection, Herden said: “Market conditions are still not a sure-fire success. Of course, the number of new builds could be higher, and that would make many things easier, but market conditions have never been part of our wish list.

“Instead, we are accepting the situation and, together with our partners in the specialist trade and with the strengths typical of Rotpunkt Küchen, such as variety and differentiation potential, we are continuing to develop successfully.”
