BSH signs up for KBB Birmingham

Appliance giant BSH has announced it will be exhibiting at the kbb Birmingham show in March 2016.

The company admitted it had suffered a challenging year following stock and delivery issues with its Bosch Serie 8, Siemens iQ700 and Neff Premium Collections, but said attending the show demonstrated its “commitment to the kitchen industry and the market in general”.

Andreas Meier (pictured), chief executive at BSH Home Appliances, said: “Consumer and industry support for our brands and appliances has been significant in spite of the lead times. The built-in market continues to grow and we are exhibiting at the show to demonstrate our commitment to our trade customers. We would like to welcome everyone to come and visit our stand to find out more about our plans for 2016.

“We regret the supply situation which arose in 2015. We put in place several measures to manage the situation and communicate lead times. I would like to thank all our trade customers for their support throughout 2015 and I look forward to working together and building stronger relationships in the year ahead.”

Jon Johnston, director of kbb Birmingham said: “We’re really excited to welcome the BSH Group at kbb in March. The home and kitchen appliance specialists are our latest company to be signed to the continuously-growing show. Having extended the floor space by 35% to host a range of great British and international brands, kbb 2016 has now become a proportionally vast event, which I believe will be the best show we have seen since 2008.”
