Q: Why are trade shows such as this one important for your business?

A: The complexity, texture and intensity of our designs can only be appreciated when seen live. This is why we like to attend these types of events to create awareness and educate our current clients and capture the attention of new potential ones.

 

Q: How’s business compared with last year?

A: Our presence in the UK is relatively new and we have been consistently growing our presence in this market. We have great expectations for the future.

 

Q: How do you view the health of the UK KBB market? In what ways could it improve and how can the industry improve it?

A: We hope for some more stability from the political side so that investments will flow more evenly in the country.

 

Q: How do you think the relationship between supplier and customer is changing? 

A: The consumer is in constant evolution, generally more informed and more aware, especially in the research of premium products. It is the responsibility of a company like ours to give consumers better and more innovative products that really are up to the brand promise.
