Q: Why are trade shows such as this one important for your business?

A: Shows such as kbb are immensely important for us. With such a huge platform and a wide audience to reach out to, we are able to connect with retailers and fitters at the same time, as well as being able to showcase and demonstrate our exciting new products and services. We also really value the opportunity to meet with our customers face to face.

 

Q: What are you looking forward to most at this year’s kbb show?

A: We are looking forward to inviting the customers into our home, to experience our new ideas, solutions and products for a better quality of living, while also showcasing Moving Ideas.

 

Q: How do you think the relationship between supplier and customer is changing? 

A: At Blum, we pride ourselves on our Human to Human approach to business. We ensure that every customer receives all the backup, service and training they deserve. We like to think our customers are partners, which is why our Moving Ideas concept, where we work together with customers, has been so popular.
