HiB included in latest Parliamentary Review

Bathroom manufacturer HiB was among the companies chosen to appear in the Trade and Commerce edition of The Parliamentary Review 2019/2020.

The Review, which is sent to 500,000 leading executives and policy-makers, aims to share examples of best business practice gathered from organisations across the UK. It is chaired by former Conservative Communities Secretary Lord Pickles and former Labour Home Secretary Lord Blunkett.

HiB managing director Robert Ginsberg was tasked with telling the HiB story in the Trade and Commerce edition of The Review and explain how the company capitalised on a clear gap in the market and developed a low-priority product into a must-have, drastically changing how the market views bathroom accessories. He also outlined his plans for continuing the success of the business over the coming years.

Commenting on HiB’s inclusion in the publication, Ginsberg said: “The Parliamentary Review is an extremely prestigious initiative, designed to offer best practice examples to some of the UK’s leading politicians and business executives. I am extremely proud of what HiB has achieved over its 30-year history, and it was truly an honour to share our journey, and the insights we have gained along the way.

“Hopefully, our case study will shine a light on the importance of creating a culture that genuinely nurtures its employees – we have always prioritised our people and dared to think outside of the box, and for us, that has been a truly winning formula.”

HiB was one of 11 representative organisations chosen to feature in The Review, including MM Flowers, BabyStyle, Apricot, Belgravia Books and Shared Earth.
