Whirlpool UK Appliances, whose brands include Hotpoint, Indesit and Whirlpool, has won the top employer accolade for the fourth consecutive year.
The award was given to Whirlpool UK by the Top Employers Institute, which also recognised Whirlpool EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) as Top Employer Europe, with certification for 2021 in five countries – UK, France, Italy, Poland and Russia.
The awards are based on the results of Top Employers Institute HR Best Practices Survey. This assesses each company in areas, such as people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, well-being, diversity and inclusion,
