Steve Bates has been promoted to the position of sales director at Lake Bathrooms. Bates will now lead the sales team of 17 with responsibility for revenue from the UK and Ireland.
He was previously national accounts manager and has worked in the company for 19 years. Bates started out with Lake Bathrooms as an area sales manager and progressed to the role of regional sale manager before taking over responsibility for all national accounts. Prior to that he served in the Royal Air Force.

His experience and expertise will be key to our plans and his ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships is essential to our approach.”
