Premium cooker hood specialist, Miro, has bolstered its ranks with new additions to its growing team.
Barbara Milne has been appointed as area sales manager for the South East, with Henry Thwaites taking up a similar role in the Midlands and West of the UK. Miro director, Liam Lord, explains that COVID-19 delayed his decision to expand but now is the right time to bring in new faces.
“With the challenges we have all faced in the last 18 months, now is the right time for us to increase our representation throughout the UK. This is something we’ve had to delay doing for obvious reasons but you could say it’s actually worked in our favour when you consider the quality of the staff we’ve been able to bring in. Barbara is someone I’ve wanted on board for a while and comes not only with a wealth of experience and knowledge, but also with high praise from many retailers. Having known and worked with Henry for over 15 years, I am well aware of what a great asset he can be to our team. We are delighted to welcome both Barbara and Henry to Miro.”
