This month’s Rising Star:

Graham Furnell, sales designer, Albion Bathrooms, Kitchens, Electricals

“Graham Joined Albion Bathrooms Kitchens Electricals in January 2018 as a Warehouse Apprentice(designate), he worked for us for six months on the small bursary that the training provider offered and showed such great work ethic and determination to succeed that we had no problems at the end of the trial to take him on as a fully-fledged apprentice in the Warehouse.

“He completed this to a very high standard, and nearing the end he showed great interest in designing bathrooms and kitchens on our CAD package, his rapport with customers was very good. By coincidence, our existing designer was leaving, and we took him on as a Trainee Sales Designer.  He has gone from strength to strength, and we dropped the ‘Trainee’ pert of his job title earlier this year. Still only 21, he now not only sells to customers in the showroom but visits them in their own homes for consultations in addition to producing amazing visuals and accurate quotations.

“He is extremely personable, determined to succeed and we now see him as a mainstay for the future of the company. From humble beginnings Graham has showed that with the right attitude you can be a high achiever and he is our designer of the future and a true ‘Rising Star’.”
