Premium bathroom brand Kohler and luxury bathroom retailer West One have announced plans to end their agreement to jointly manage the Kohler Experience Centre in Clerkenwell.
In a statement Kohler said the decision – which follows a successful 10-year partnership, and three years of jointly managing the London showroom – will allow more opportunities for growth for both brands, through separate Clerkenwell ventures.
Kohler said that it remains committed to the London showroom – which opened in 2017 as its first European Experience Centre. The showroom will continue to showcase its range of luxury bathroom products alongside its Mira and Rada brands.
Craig Baker, managing director for Kohler Mira Ltd, said: “It’s exciting times for both us and West One Bathrooms as we part to manage our own Clerkenwell showroom spaces. Our Kohler Experience Centre model is popular around the world and we will continue our brand presence in this creative London district to inspire architects and designers.
“We look forward to continuing our relationship with West One Bathrooms as a supplier of Kohler, Ann Sacks and Kallista through their wider network of showrooms.”
