I am an experienced Sales Director with over 30 years sales and marketing experience within the building materials sector, over 25 years of which have been within the KBB industry.
During my career I have worked within a handful of organisations that have all been UK/Global market leading brands gaining wide experience of leadership, business and management processes. I have worked across trade, retail, DIY, distribution and online customer segments with experience in building effective demand generation programs for specifiers, installers and consumers.
My leadership approach is open, honest and communicative with a real ‘results through people’ orientation. Significant experience is held in building effective sales organisations and development of talent. A strong strategic thinker with a tenacious appetite for taking plans from the boardroom to the market.
I am seeking my next long-term challenge in a commercial leadership role.
