SanSwiss Group, the parent company of UK-based shower manufacturer Kudos, has announced a rebrand ahead of its appearance at Salone del Mobile in Milan next month.
The company will now be known as Ronal Bathrooms, a subsidiary of the Ronal Group which is based in Härkingen/Gunzgen, Switzerland.
Kudos products will continue to be branded Kudos and sold as Kudos but, as of April 1, the trading name will become Ronal Bathrooms UK Ltd.
Speaking about the rebrand Oliver Brauner, CEO of The Ronal Group said: “The newly named Ronal Bathrooms division for bathrooms and wellness will grow gradually. It complements the main business of Ronal Wheels, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of light alloy wheels for cars and commercial vehicles.”
In a statement the company said that the name change recognises the growth of the company through key acquisitions, including Kudos, Glass 1989 and Karol Italia, and better reflects its expansive product and brand portfolio. It will official unveil its new brand identity and brand family at the Salone del Mobile exhibition in Milan next month.

We will continue to grow with Ronal Bathrooms, investing anti-cyclically in the market and, together with our Swiss parent company, communicate a clear and long-term commitment to the sanitary market in our external presentation.”
