Bathroom and appliance distributor PJH Group has announced an expansion of its learning and development team, which it says will further enrich its already successful training programme.
New team members include Lauren Fergus, content creator; Justyna Prasek, business partner for the South; and Guy Buggie, business partner for the North.
PJH says that the new team can offer a variety of training delivered in both face-to-face and online formats, to help create effective learning materials. According to the company, the team will focus on interactivity and scenario-based learning.
Dawn Kennedy, PJH learning and development manager, said the company had invested heavily in its new learning and development team. She added: “We are now able to offer enhanced learning in different ways, allowing employees to access content that is relevant to their role at the click of a button.”
