Glen Dimplex Home Appliances (GDHA) has recently appointed Peter Spencer, the former managing director of Electrolux UK, as its new MD.
According to GDHA, Spencer has a proven track record of driving commercial success by building strong customer partnerships, improving profitability, and enhancing consumer experience – all qualities which it says make him an ideal fit to lead the business and its brands.
In addition to his work as UK MD of Electrolux, Spencer also served as both European vice president of aftermarket services and European vice president of direct-to-consumer.
GDHA also says his appointment underscores its commitment to build a commercial-focused business, which prioritises strong relationships with retail partners, as well as innovative technologies to engage consumers.
