Buying group MHK UK has launched two new online platforms, with one tailored to consumers and one aimed at B2B members, significantly expanding its digital footprint.
The group has unveiled a redesign for www.kitchen-experts.co.uk, which is a dedicated business-to-consumer website created to support consumers throughout their buying journey.
According to MHK, it can guide potential clients through everything from getting initial inspiration, to connecting with local kitchen studios, and even finding their nearest Kitchen Experts showroom. Although it has already been active for the past five years, the newly relaunched Kitchen Experts website is now said to put a greater focus on helping consumers make confident kitchen purchase decisions.
MHK believes it will offer higher enquiry rates thanks to simplified digital contact options with kitchen studios, and will help consumers be better informed, thanks to its online tools such as project planners and style inspiration ideas.
“With kitchen-experts.co.uk, we’re increasing the visibility of our members at exactly the right moment when their customers are actively searching,” explained David Morris, sales director at MHK UK. “This builds trust and boosts lead generation for their kitchen studios, while also showcasing our strong supplier partnerships to the consumer audience.”
At the same time, MHK has also launched its new B2B platform, www.mhk.co.uk, which is tailored specifically to the needs of its members, retail partners and suppliers. The new platform is designed to serve as a comprehensive information hub for the buying group’s members, as well as interested retailers or those who want to grow their own business.
According to the group, the new website allows users for quick access to information on brands and services, as well as fast contact with MHK UK and its supplier network.
“With mhk.co.uk, we’re simplifying communication and providing a clear, central point of contact,” explains Morris. “It’s especially valuable for kitchen studios interested in joining our network, giving them transparent access to everything we offer and supporting long-term collaboration.”
In other recent news, this April, MHK also announced a new partnership with Bauformat to launch its #kitchenfamily retail programme in the UK, following its success in the rest of Europe.
