New in projects: November 2025

This month's curated selection of real projects designed by real kbbreview readers. November's projects include an eclectic pink kitchen created for an interior designer, and a bathroom designed for an emoji creator, with a very on-brand addition…

Designer: Shaun Lenane

Company: Audus Kitchens

Designing a kitchen for a fellow designer could be a daunting prospect but Shaun Lenane at Audus Kitchens rose to the challenge with this eclectic pink kitchen for interior designer, Emma Kosh.

With black and pink outlined as the key colours for the scheme, he kicked the project off by choosing Schuller furniture as the client particularly loved this shade of pink.

Once the furniture had been chosen, he was then able to source tiles, mosaics, features and hardware to compliment the scheme.

The client also wanted some contrasting elements, such as the vintage cage above the wine fridge – to house statement glassware – and the pink wall tiles, which she specifically wanted to blend through into the living space to bring the two areas together.

Designer: Suchin Pindoria

Company: SuchDesign

This bathroom design was part of a large project in a residential property including a main kitchen and a secondary kitchen, along with five other bathrooms and a powder room.

For the bathrooms and powder room, the client wanted an opulent timeless design. The bathrooms were finished with large-format slab tiles, sourced from factories across Italy, to create a seamless, luxurious look.

Suchin Pindoria and his team fabricated bespoke porcelain basins, tailored specifically for the project. All brassware was sourced from Gessi, selected in a variety of high-end finishes including antique brass, warm bronze, and polished black metal, contributing to a rich and layered material palette throughout the home.

Designer: Alex Gibbs

Company: Bathroom & Kitchen Eleven

Alex was given a very specific brief from his client.

They were looking for a practical yet calming en suite for their daughter.

To achieve this balance, he selected a bronze-toned marble as the basis of the design.

This was complemented by Hansgrohe’s brushed bronze brassware, creating a cohesive finish.

To create an eye-catching contrast through shape and finish, he added a feature wall of pink metro tiles.

Designer:  Julia Sbyrakis

Company: James James Kitchens

Part of a full home renovation in Willaston, with this space, the clients wanted to bring cohesion to the open-plan living spaces while still celebrating each area’s unique features and purpose.

Julie’s take is this open-plan kitchen, designed to blend family-friendly functionality with elegant finishes.

Designed for a busy household that loves to entertain, the space features integrated appliances, clean-lined surfaces, and a statement island with a bespoke circular wooden table, bringing warmth and individuality to the design.

Designer: Maria-Anna Georgiou

Company: North Arch Bathrooms

Inspired by the colours, textures and finishes found in Aesop stores, this client knew exactly what they wanted.

Demonstrating the special relationship between KBB designer and their clients, Maria-Anna Georgiou explored Coalbrook’s flush plate etching service to add a playful, personal touch.

The client is an Emoji designer — so if you can’t spot the detail in the images, you can probably guess which bathroom-related emoji made the cut…

Key products include a Duravit Happy D.2 Plus c-bonded unit, Starck F Sensowash, Coalbrook brassware in Brushed Nickel, KEUCO Royal Modular 2, and Ca’ Pietra Enki Limestone flooring.
