New in Showrooms: February 2026

In our monthly feature, we shine a spotlight on a handful of the latest bricks-and-mortar KBB showrooms to have opened their doors…

The Kitchen Room | Boroughbridge, Yorkshire

Located in the heart of Boroughbridge on the high street, The Kitchen Room is a new boutique, family-run kitchen design studio dedicated to creating ‘beautiful, bespoke spaces for modern living’.

The showroom spans approximately 60 square metres and features a range of displays showcasing a range of handcrafted, British-made cabinetry and lifestyle-led kitchen environments. Every display is designed to inspire and demonstrate how families could live, cook, and gather in the kitchens they choose.

The owners say The Kitchen Room fills a gap in the local area between mass-market retailers and ultra-luxury studios by offering ‘high-end, British-made kitchens with a warm, personable approach.

Harvey Jones | Guildford

Harvey Jones has reopened its Guildford showroom following a refurbishment, as part of the brand’s series of upgrades across the country.

Located on Guildford’s iconic cobbled high street at 9 Tungate, the 823 sq ft showroom features 11 of the brand’s most popular hand-crafted kitchen designs; Arbor, Linear, Hampton, Shaker, Original and Slim Shaker.

At the front of the showroom, a split level event island takes centre stage. This is set to be the focal point of live demonstrations and future events for clients and partners. To demonstrate the versatility of the brand’s portfolio, the showroom also includes a Nephrite green utility room, built from its Hampton range.

Kutchenhaus | Hull

A new Kutchenhaus showroom has launched at 22–28 George Street in Hull, occupying the site once home to the well-known Browns Books store.

Managed by industry expert Mark Shurey, Kutchenhaus Hull is a 2,000 sq ft space, featuring 11 displays showcasing the brand’s latest kitchen styles and designs. Speaking of the opening, Showroom manager Mark Shurey said: “We’re delighted to open Kutchenhaus Hull and to bring something new to the area. We know just how loved Browns Books was, having spent 40 years in Hull centre, therefore we want to do this space justice by bringing a new lease of life to it which people can get excited about once again.”

Kutchenhaus is the UK’s fastest-growing kitchen franchise business with over 80 showrooms across the UK.

Grappenhall Kitchen Company | Grappenhall, Cheshire

After six years operating from a dedicated home office studio, husband-and-wife team Neil and Carole Vernon have opened their first physical showroom in Grappenhall, Cheshire.

When a retail unit became available within a parade of shops in ‘an ideal location’ the opportunity to open their own high-street retail studio was too good to miss. Phase one of the showroom launch project features four kitchen displays, combining classic shaker styling with contemporary designs, alongside sample displays and a workspace for the team.

A second phase, later this year, will see the addition of further kitchen displays, a boot room, a fitted wardrobe display and expanded office facilities.
