The KBSA’s new board

The Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association (KBSA) has announced a major restructure of its board, which also includes the creation of several new roles.

Richard Hibbert, who has served as national chair since 2017, will stay on in his role as before, however he will now be supported by Luke Wedgbury who has been made the organisation’s vice chair.

Former bathroom champion Koralia Hume’s role has now been formalised as bathroom growth director, with the KBSA reconfirming that growing its number of bathroom partners and members is one of its key priorities.

Existing board director Jamie Harding has become the KBSA’s new education director, with the organisation saying that another of its key priorities is improving the learning and development opportunities it can offer to members. He will be supported by Mark Butler, who has been named as the association’s new education advisor.

Owain Harrison, who is also the managing director of buying group KBBG, has become the KBSA’s new corporate chair, serving as a point of contact for both existing and new members to the organisation.

Heath Everett has been named as the KBSA’s membership benefits director, in a role that will focusing entirely on refining and improving existing member benefits.

Finally, new board members Sarah Reeve-Daly and Lindsey Copperwheat have become conference and events directors, working to ensure KBSA events bring real value for members, as well as jointly supporting the organisation’s office team in event management.

During the organisation’s recent 2026 AGM, members voted on and approved the appointment of all the board’s new roles.

“The strength of any association comes from the people behind it and I’m proud of what we continue to achieve together,” said Richard Hibbert, KBSA National Chair. “Over the last year, we’ve focused heavily on improving all areas of the KBSA and restructuring the board to ensure we are fit for the future.

“This restructure moves us towards a structure based on individual passion, expertise and experience. And I genuinely believe this is the strongest, most agile and forward-thinking board that the KBSA has ever had.”
